Since 2000, The Chicago ENLACE Partnership and Leadership Institute at Northeastern Illinois University has played an important role working with Chicago’s Latino community. It has forged important partnerships with colleges, schools, other universities and community organizations to help improve the K-20 Latino educational pipeline.
