Plagiarism Questionnaire

This 5-minute survey on plagiarism is completely anonymous. Results will be offered along with other material at a presentation I'm giving Thursday March 13 at 1:40 in the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) conference room on the third floor of the library.
