Professional Bio
Melinda Orzoff is the Lower School Division Head at Roycemore School, Evanston, IL, which includes early childhood (preschool) and kindergarten through fourth grade. In her teaching career, she has taught all elementary grades except Grs. 3 & 4. She also taught social studies, math, writing, and study skills at the Middle School level, where she was also the Coordinator of all Student Activities.
Ms. Orzoff has also participated on many evaluation/accreditation teams for the Independent School Association of the Central States. She has visited schools to determine whether they are meeting their missions and educating students to a high standard. She has also three-times chaired the self-study that Roycemore School produced in its own evaluation process.
At NEIU, Ms. Orzoff has taught EDFN 306, 307, 406, 407, HRD 300, and Lead 426
