SPANISH DANCE FOR CHILDREN

Class Schedule

When: Every Tuesday from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.

 Class Schedule:
Session 1    September 8 - October 20 (no class on October 6)
Session 2    October 27 - December 1
6 classes per session every Tuesday

Ages 4 - 6     6:00 - 6:45 p.m.
Ages 7 - 12   7:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Fee:
$75.00 per session

Class Description:
Learn the customs and dances of Spain.
Classical, Folkloric and Flamenco styles will be taught.


Dress:
Girls - Leotard or body suit, tights, character of Flamenco type skirt, character shoes and folkloric shoes. (Ballet slippers, light weight tennis shoes or jazz shoes.) Hair should be pulled back and no jewelry.

Boys - Comfortable slacks (no baggies), body suit of fitted tee shirt(tucked in), Flamenco boots or comparable shoes and folkloric shoes (slippers, light weight tennis shoes or jazz shoes), no jewelry.

Dance Class and Studio Policy:
A. Classes will begin at the scheduled time. Please acknowledge the instructor if you must enter late or leave early.
B. Dance Studio must be kept clean and neat at all times. NO eating, drinking, or smoking allowed.
C. Changing area available in near by rest rooms. Hooks and shelves in the Dance Studio are available for outerwear, dance bags, and valuables during class time only.
Note: We are not responsible for anything lost or stolen
All classes take place in the Dance Studio in the J Building (J-110)
