Freshman Leadership Institute

The Freshman Leadership Institute (FLI) is a premier leadership development program for aspiring student leaders. During an exciting eight-week workshop series, you will have the opportunity to meet influential university leaders, develop personal leadership skills, and create a network of colleagues. Through the guidance of an experienced student leader, you and your cohort will have the chance to get involved in the many facets of leadership at Northeastern Illinois University. You don’t need a background in leadership to be a part of FLI. First-year students from all levels of experience are welcome.
