Minority Internship Program
The Minority Internship Program (MIP) was established in 1984 by the Illinois General Assembly and the former Board of Governors Universities. In 1997 the Five – University Consortium was established. The internship program has enabled more than 1,000 minority students from a Five-University Consortium consisting of: Chicago State, Eastern Illinois, Governors State, Northeastern Illinois University and Western Illinois Universities to gain practical experience while enrolled full time. Hispanic Association of Colleges & Universities (HACU) National Internship Program
The HACU National Internship Program recruits college students
for paid summer and semester-long internships at federal agencies
and private corporations in Washington D.C. and throughout
the country. These ten and fifteen week internship programs
give college students direct experience in a diversity of
careers in the federal and corporate sectors. Participants
are undergraduate and graduate students.

Walt Disney
World College Program - Orlando, Florida
Imagine an internship with one of the most exciting companies

and futures begin. The Walt Disney World College Program is
a paid internship experience for any college student across
the United States and Puerto Rico. To be considered you must
be a student in good standing (2.0 GPA or higher) and have
completed at least one semester of university work. ALL MAJORS

Star Internships

Washington Center for Internships
Since 1975, the Washington Center has provided over 24,000
students with internship experience in Washington, D.C. The
Center promotes future leadership for the public, private
and nonprofit sectors.
UNCF/UPS
Corporate Scholars Program
The UNCF/UPS Corporate Scholars Program provides students
a scholarships and internships that offer real-world work
experience. You must be a 2nd semester sophomore or junior
majoring in computer science, mechanical engineering,information
technology or marketing; have a minimum GPA of 3.0; attend
a 4 year institution; be African-American, Hispanic, Native
American or Asian American. Apply online. Deadline early spring
semester.

Governor's
Environmental Corps
Summer internship for undergraduate / graduate students in
biological sciences, physical sciences, chemistry, computer
science, and communication.
Illinois
Department of Natural Resources
Internship in a natural resource management, conservation,
law enforcement, environmental education, park interpretation
for college and graduate students.
Michael
Curry Summer Internship
The Michael Curry Summer Internship encourages college juniors,
seniors, and graduate students from all disciplines to work
in the State of Illinois Governor's Office and in various
agencies under the Governor's jurisdiction.
Presidential
Management Intern Program
Two year paid internship development program for graduate
students seeking to work with the U.S. Federal Government.
Apply by mid-October if you will finish your degree before
next August.
U.S.
Central Intelligence Agency
A paid six-month internship offered twice a year, from January
to June and from July to December. Applicant must be a U.S.
citizen. Apply at least 6 months ahead of time.
