Graduation
When the student is nearing completion of his/her M.A. program -- including all course work, research paper or thesis, and comprehensive examination, they should complete the application for graduation. This entails listing all classes to total 33 hours, including those courses which are required and at least 23 hours at the 400 level.
The form should be submitted to the graduate coordinator, who initials the courses taken, verifies progress toward final requirements, and forwards the form to the graduate college, which checks courses against transcripts.
