Help for teachers to improve their instruction practice in literacy, reading, writing, mathematics, social studies and arts disciplines is available year round through conferences, graduate courses, workshops seminars, coaching, and curriculum development support. Can provide important input for working with English language learners and students with disabilities.

Professional development at CTC is grounded in constructivist learning theory in the spirit of such scholars as Lev Vygotsky, Jerome Bruner, and Luis Moll.
