The Chicago Teachers’ Center’s (CTC@NEIU) is a leader in developing collaborative relationships between schools, universities, businesses, arts and community-based organizations. CTC@NEIU works with partner organizations to identify and prioritize needs, and design a plan of action.
Funders
CTC@NEIU works with its partners to leverage funds from multiple sources to increase the benefit to students, parents and teachers. Our work is funded by State of Illinois appropriation, federal, state and private grants, and contracts.
Our funders include the U.S. Department of Education, Illinois State Board of Education, Illinois Board of Higher Education, Arthur Foundation, Chicago Public Schools, Terra Foundation of American Art, Searle Funds at the Chicago Community Trust, Polk Bros. Foundation, Illinois Arts Council, Lloyd A. Frey Foundation, and the Lay Family Foundation.
