MASTER'S DEGREE GRADUATION

All graduate students are responsible for filing the following documents:

Application for acceptance to candidacy for the master's degree.
This form should be submitted to the Graduate College Office upon completion of 12 credit hours of course work in the degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (‘B' average). A maximum of 6 credit hours accepted on transfer may be counted in this 12 hour total.

Application for graduation.
This form should be filed in the Graduate College Office, accompanied the non-refundable and non-transferable graduation fee:
    a.     after the student has been notified of acceptance for degree candidacy,
    b.     when there is reasonable expectation of completion of all requirements by the appropriate deadline date, and
    c.     in accordance with the published schedule (see Graduate College Deadlines for Graduation).
