Rodney Higginbotham teaches such courses as Introduction to Theatre, Dramatic Literature, Theatre History, Improvisation, Stage Makeup, Dramatic Theory, Directing and Nonverbal Communication. His research/creative activities include directing for the Stage Center Theatre and the creation and development of the website, Theatre Ephemera. He earned a B.A. in Speech Education from Northeast Louisiana University and an M.F.A. in Directing from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He currently serves as managing artistic director of The Stage Center Theatre.
