Mercatus is a general interest e-mail broadcast list for any student who is enrolled or has an interest in the College of Business and Management.  College faculty and staff use Mercatus to send messages about schedule changes, course assignments, registration updates, and late-breaking career opportunities. Anyone, whether enrolled at Northeastern or not, may subscribe to Mercatus.  However, only College faculty and administrators can send messages to Mercatus, so that the ratio of useful information-to-spam is as low as possible.  If you have a question about a Mercatus posting, you can of course respond directly to the sender.

SUBSCRIBING TO MERCATUS

To subscribe to Mercatus, compose an e-mail message that says only,

subscribe mercatus first_name last_name

substituting your own first and last name for first_name and last_name. Leave the subject line for your message blank, then send it to listproc@neiu.edu.

UNSUBSCRIBING

If you decide that you no longer want to receive Mercatus e-mail, compose an e-mail message that says only,

unsubscribe mercatus

and send it to listproc@neiu.edu.
