basic principles from the fields of accounting, economics, and statistics,
finance involves analysis of financial institutions, financial markets,

or the study of financial management practices.
Prerequisites
for all business major and minor programs include completing eight
Foundation
courses with a grade point average of 2.5 or higher and a grade of "C'
or better in each course, and a minimum 2.0 cumulative grade point average
for all course work at NEIU.
