BUMPER-TO-BUMPER
COVERAGE
Maximum
Care covers virtually every mechanical and electrical component on your
vehicle. All you do is take care of normal maintenance, adjustments
and wear items. Maximum Care takes care of everything else.
NO
OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES
When
you bring your vehicle into a Chrysler dealership, for a covered repair,
you are not responsible for any repair charges. (parts
or labor)
DEDUCTIBLE
If
applicable, a minimal deductible will be charged to you upon completion
of the repairs. You select your deductible amount. Deductibles
range from $0 to $50.
CAR
RENTAL ALLOWANCE
The
plan pays up to $30.00 per day ($150.00 maximum per occurrence) any time
a component covered by the Plan or basic warranty fails, causing the vehicle
to be inoperable and the repairs take overnight.
TOWING/ROADSIDE
ASSISTANCE
The
plan provides 24-hour "Sign-and-Go" towing and roadside assistance (up
to $100.00 per occurrence) if your vehicle becomes disabled as a result
of a mechanical breakdown. Benefits include towing, flat tire change (with
your good spare), battery jump, out-of-gas fuel delivery (maximum 5 gallons),
and lock service (i.e. keys locked in car or frozen lock). You must call
1-800-521-2779 for prior authorization to receive these plan benefits.
TRIP
INTERRUPTION PROTECTION
The
plan will pay up to $500 for lodging, meals, and car rental expenses if
(1) the vehicle is inoperable due to a failure covered by the service contract
or the factory basic warranty and (2) the failure occurs more than 100
miles from home.
TRANSFER
POLICY
Maximum
Care can make your vehicle more valuable and easier to sell. Remaining
Plan coverage may be transferred to the second retail purchaser of the
vehicle at the time of vehicle sale, providing the remaining warranty is
also transferred.
