    Factors,  accelerated  market formation

Factors,  suppressed market formation          Development of the package of accounting products for budgetary organizations followed the implementation of the most tedious part - payroll. The success in implementation of AMBA package allowed the customer to order other parts of accounting.

Factors lead to success of the project

The customer possessed an unique set of characteristics with respect to others:

SKB Kontur had resources sufficient to realize the project Difficulties and factors suppressed

    Internal

External         An opportunity to enter the market of accounting software for nonprofit organizations had been used, but lasted longer than it was necessary to be the first.
