INFO SESSION ABOUT SUMMER 2014 GHANA TRAVEL COURSE: OCT. 29

Hello Northeastern Students!

This coming summer 2014, Notheastern will again offer a study experience in Ghana, West Africa.  We wanted
to let you know in plenty of time so that you might arrange your schedules accordingly.

If you are interested in an in-depth, interdisciplinary, international research experience, this course is for you!
We will travel to Ghana, West Africa for four weeks and engage in collaborative research projects with Ghanaian students at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).  This is a chance to experience Ghanaian culture while also engaging in exciting scholarly and creative projects.

SUMMER 1A INTERNATIONAL STUDY COURSE GHANA, WEST AFRICA

AFAM 303: Global Collaborations: Cross-Cultural Research in Ghana (4 CR.) Summer 1A – 2014

While this class is an AFAM course, we welcome enrollment from all disciplines!  The class has no prerequisites.
If you are an art or anthropology student, the course may be used toward major/minor requirements.

The approximate cost of this 4-week trip will be $3800 inclusive of round trip airfare, organized tours, in country transportation, lodging and many meals.

We will be holding an information session about the trip on Tuesday, October 29, from 3:05-4:05 PM at the Pedroso Center (B-159). Please come by to learn more!
