Mission Statement

Teachers of Experiential and Adventure Methodology (T.E.A.M.) is a Northeastern Illinois University and Community organization of committed professors, teachers, students and volunteers dedicated to promoting and supporting the process of experiential and adventure based learning.

Through the sharing of a progression of ideas, skills, and curricula, T.E.A.M. provides individuals and organizations in the areas of education and community service with professional, cross-cultural, and personal growth opportunities.

Our mission is accomplished through an annual T.E.A.M. conference, The Ripple Effect and eRipple Newsletters, and our web site resources: www.neiu.edu/~team.

T.E.A.M. is always interested in your ideas and suggestions. Here is what we are looking for:

Article you would like considered for publication in The eRipple Effect.
Topics you would like to see covered in The eRipple Effect.
Suggestions for a Conference workshop.
