In keeping up with the need for
bicycle parking, several bike racks have been added at
Northeastern. This compilation will ATTEMPT to keep up to date
and let you know where the parking is.
1. Two "wave" racks were recently installed at the east end of the "B"
building. The good news is that they're under cover and protected
from the rain and snow. The bad news is they're the same
too-small design as the other wave-racks around campus, and hence of
limited usefulness.
2. "Staple" racks accomodating 24 bicycles have been put in place on
the Bryn Mawr side of the Classroom Building. These are of an
excellent design, of the right size and easily accomodate
bicycles. There's a build-in cable for locking the bike, or you
can use your own, or you can lock your bike with a U-Lock. Or any
compbination! These racks are also under cover, shielded from the
rain and snow.
Each set accomodates six bicycles
A total of 12 bikes can be parked on each side of the entrance
