This workshop provides an overview of Microsoft Excel 2007. The workshop covers some of the major changes that have been made in Office 2007. The following topics would be covered:
1. The Ribbon
2. Office Button
3. Adding or Deleting Worksheets
4. Auto Fill
5. Using Formulas and Functions
6. References (Absolute vs. Relative)

Prerequisites: None
1- Understanding basic computer usage (using mouse, keyboard, selecting text) is required.
2- Understanding of basic math (Addition, Subtraction, Division, etc) 3- Working knowledge of any Office 2007 or Office 2003 product is preferred.
4- Previous knowledge of Excel is preferred.

o How to create a chart
B. Tables
o Purpose of a table

C. Pivot Tables
o Purpose of a Pivot Table
o How to create a Pivot Table
o How to delete a Pivot Table
o How to manipulate a Pivot Table
PREREQUISITES:
1. Introduction to Excel.
2. Basic understanding of Excel 2003 or Excel 2007.
3. Understand the difference between absolute vs. relative reference.
4. Understand basic file management concepts (files, folders, hard drive, saving, etc).
5. Familiarity with formatting commands such as Bold, Italics, Underline, etc.
6. How to navigate the explorer window to locate files.
7. How to open / save / close files.
8. Basic usage of a mouse (click, double-click, right-click, etc).

This workshop provides an Introduction to Databases using Microsoft Office Access 2007. The following topics will be covered:
A. General database concepts such as records (rows), fields (columns), primary keys, attributes of the fields, relational database.
B. Overview of the Microsoft Access 2007 Interface
C. How to create Tables in Microsoft Access 2007 using Design View.

Prerequisites:
1- Experience using of Microsoft Excel 2003 or 2007. Ideally it is recommended that you have a minimum of approximately six months of experience with Excel.

- How to create a simple query
* Query Operators
- AND, OR, NOT
- Wild Card Characters
- Relational Operators
* Query Types
* Understanding different type of Queries (Select, Append, Delete, Update, etc)

This workshop is intended for people who have not used PowerPoint or who would like to brush up their basic PowerPoint skills. The following topics would be covered in the workshop:

3. The Home Tab (Font Formatting, Adding Slides)
4. Insert Tab (Adding Images, SmartArt, Header & Footers)
5. Applying themes to the presentation.
6. Adding slide transition
