Event planning tips
Internal Event Reservation Requests
All requests should be submitted at least 90 days in advance. You may request space in any of the venues by filling out the Internal Reservation Request Form. You will need your NEIU NetID and Password to log in.
Once you are logged in, please fill out all of the required fields in the reservation form.
- Please complete all required fields and provide as much detailed information about your event as possible.
- Submit the Event Reservation Request Form.
- Once the request form has been processed, you will receive a confirmation notice from the space administrator.
- Any changes that need to be made to the confirmation should be sent to the Space Administrator immediately.
- After receiving a confirmation you may be contacted by a facility coordinator, if necessary, who will handle your logistical needs.
PLEASE NOTE: NEIU facilities cannot be accessed without receiving a confirmation number. If you are found to be using a facility and you do not have a confirmation you will be asked to leave. NEIU facilities are used extensively, therefore it is necessary for you to vacate the facility being reserved for your group at the time indicated on your reservation so that enough time is given to properly clean and set up the facility for the next group.
IMPORTANT: Completing this form does not guarantee a facility reservation. All requests are subject to space availability. Space availability is EXTREMELY LIMITED for requests submitted with less than 24 hours notice.
