University Events Office
The University Events Office produces the major student recognition programs; University Commencement Convocation, Academic Honors Reception, and the Student Awards Ceremony. The office also oversees the scheduling of all University facilities for meetings, conferences and events.

Event Reservation Requests:
| Please follow these steps to request your next event. |

For all internal NEIU requests click on to the Internal Reservation Request Form. You will need your NEIU NetID and Password. |

Complete all required fields and provide as much detailed information about your event as possible. |

Submit the Event Reservation Request Form. |

Once the request form has been processed, you will receive a confirmation notice from the Space Administrator. |

Any changes that need to be made to the confirmation should be sent to the Space Administrator immediately. |

After receiving a confirmation you may be contacted by a facility coordinator, if necessary, who will handle your logistical needs. |
Private Rentals:
Have your next event at Northeastern Illinois University! Fill out our Private Rental Event Reservation Request Form.
Vendor Tables:
Sell your merchandise or services in our Village Square. Fill out our Vendor Request Form and fax it to (773) 442-4635 to submit your request.
