How do I get an e-mail account?
An e-mail account is created automatically and become active after a new employee's first pay period. Contact the Help Desk at x4357 to find out when your account will be ready for use.
How do I get a web page?
Fill out a Department/Organization Account Form.
How long does it take to get an network or cars account?
With completed Network Account Form and all signatures, account will be created in three days.
How do I get my new computer set-up?
Call the helpdesk at ext. 4357 to set up an appointment time that is convenience for you.
How do I get Microsoft Office 2003 or WordPerfect 2000 installed on my University Computer?
We will install Microsoft Office 2003 or Office XP for free on your university computer.
You can purchase WordPerfect 2000 from Becks book store. The costs is around $48.00.
Note: The Helpdesk Does not support WordPerfect or Netscape
