Training Manuals
University Computing provides a selection of software application manuals from the Microsoft Step-By-Step series. This collection includes books on Windows XP and Windows 2000, as well as the 2003, 2002, and 2000 versions of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and a few other applications. These manuals are available to faculty and staff only, and can be checked out for one week at a time.
To find and borrow one of these manuals:
- Go to the library course reserves page.
- Choose University Computing as the department.
- Click Search, and then locate the manual you need in the list.
- Make a note of the library call number for the manual.
- Bring the call number to the library's Circulation Desk to check out the manual. Manuals can be checked out for one week at a time.
