This RFP will solicit bids for the acquisition of ERP software products and related services as required to support the integration of administrative and academic business processes of the Univeristy relating to Student Services, Finance & Accounting, and Human Resources & Payroll. |

Providing the coordination with a consulting firm conducting a business systems analysis for the university with the end result being creation of a RFP for an integrated University Information Systems solution and decision matrix. Background history leading to the business systems analysis can be tied back to a Request for Information paper seeking recommendations for Information Technology Options for the Administrative Information Systems issued in the Spring of 2003. And to a Request For Proposal posted in Fall of 2003 in which the university sought a vendor to conduct business systems, gap and needs analyses and write a Request for Proposal for an enterprise-wide integrated application. AIS is also working with Payroll Office to automate the Sick and Vacation System which will produce more timely sick and vacation statements for employees. While the original target date for completion was June of 2003, it is hoped that this project will be finished by December of 2004. |
