Federal Stafford Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN) is required for all new NEIU Stafford Loan borrowers. NEIU no longer accepts the paper MPN. Borrowers will need to visit the website for their respective lender and complete the MPN electronically PRIOR to expecting any disbursement.
