About Claudia Mercado:
Claudia Mercado is the Director of Admissions and is responsible for direction and operational oversight of the Admissions Counseling and Recruitment Office.
Claudia received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Missouri State University; her Master of Science in Education, Higher Education Administration from University of Kansas; and her Ed.D. (ABD), Institutional Leadership and Policy from University of Kansas.
