Basic Rates

Student (individual only) $687.75

Maternity is included in this basic rate. If dependent coverage is desired, the student must obtain an insurance application form online at http://www.aetnastudenthealth.com.

Full-time Undergraduate Students

Health insurance coverage is mandatory for each term for which a student is enrolled. All confirmed full-time undergraduates are automatically billed for Student Health Insurance. Undergraduate students have the option to waive the health insurance by completing a health insurance waiver online at http://www.aetnastudenthealth.com no later than January 22, 2013. The health insurance cost is non-refundable after this deadline.

Please be aware that in order to avoid a lapse in coverage, insurance should be purchased each semester: Fall and Spring sessions. This should be done at the time the tuition payment is made.

Part-time Undergraduate and Master’s Degree Students

Undergraduate students with at least 6 credit hours and graduate students who wish to purchase student health insurance will need to pay the premium upon enrolling for insurance. If dependent coverage is desired, the student must obtain an insurance application form online at http://www.aetnastudenthealth.com.

Alumni Coverage

Graduates may continue their health insurance only for the term immediately following their graduation by going online to http://www.aetnastudenthealth.com to print the form.
