What if I try to check my NEIU Webmail from home using AOL but I keep getting a "Session Timed Out" message. What's wrong?
This problem has been replicated and has to do with AOL's proprietary web browser. It does not matter what version of AOL you are using or if it is Windows or Macintosh. AOL's embedded browser does not operate well with all Internet standards and we recommend you use a more fully compliant Internet browser such as Mozilla, Firefox, or Opera. If you are not using AOL but are getting the "session timed out" error, we recommend you run the "Windows Update" feature (on Windows) or the "Software Update" feature (on Macintosh) to be sure you have all the Critical Updates, patches, and browser updates available for your operating system.
