The Summer Transition Program is a comprehensive six-week program preparing students for a successful transition from high school to the university. Academic study skills development
and content courses are conducted in the morning, with motivational and recreational ctivities, counseling, academic advising, individual assistance, workshops and tutorial assistance in the afternoon. Students must be admitted to Northeastern Illinois University for the fall term before being accepted into the program. Summer tuition scholarships are available for eligible students.
