International students cannot apply as Non-degree seeking students due to visa restrictions.Non-degree seeking student applicants, both with or without baccalaureate degree or higher, are those that do not wish to enroll in a degree program at Northeastern Illinois University, or are enrolling in the Teacher Certification Program (TCP).Generally, only the Student-at-Large application and $25 application fee are required to apply for admission. Students with earned degrees outside of the United States are required to supply proof of degree. Non-US citizens are required to submit appropriate visa or immigration documentation.Former Northeastern graduates or Students-at-Large who want to remain in a non-degree seeking status do not need to reapply.
