You are a second bachelor's applicant if you have already been awarded a baccalaureate degreee from a regionally accredited college or university and wish to pursue a second baccalaureate. You only need to submit transcripts from the college or university from which you received the degree.If you attended a college or university outside of the United States, a course-by-course or subject analysis report from Educational Credentials Evaluators, Inc. is required and must state that the degree is equivalent to a United States baccalaureate.Second Bachelor’s students will receive registration priority after undergraduate students. Tuition and fees for a Second Bachelor’s Degree student will be assessed at the graduate student rate.Coursework taken during a previous undergraduate or graduate degree program may not be used to fulfill the requirements for the second bachelor's degree. A minimum of 30 credit hours must be earned at Northeastern Illinois University which are above and beyond any degrees previously earned at Northeastern Illinois University.
