Professional Biography
He has earned a Ph.D in Administration and Policy Studies at Northwestern University. He has an experience of 24 years at Sunset Ridge School District 29 as a Superintendent of Schools, was responsible for the leadership, strategic planning, and development of long and short range goals. He initiated the Sunset Ridge District Foundation Fund and Distrcit Communication Audit. He has been working as a Visiting Lecturer/Adjunct Professor at Northeastern Illinois University for the past 12 years. Some of his publications are, "Developing Good Character: How Can Parents and Teachers Make a Difference", "Eagle Lessons on School Leadership", " Hiring the Best Teachers is Hard Work " . He is also the co-author for the book "150 Strategies to Develop your school Leadership Potential".
