Professional Biography
She has a Ph.D. in secondary English Education and Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Iowa. Her areas of expertise include instructional design, educational leadership, and professional development in both business and academia. She has published and presented nationally and internationally on both of these topics and serves on the editorial board of two international journals. Her research is based on developing international partnerships between academic and business organisations. She currently serves as Chair of Educational Leadership and Development.
