He has an Ed.D. in Educational Administration from Northern Illinois University-DeKalb. He has twenty-five years of experience in P-12 school administration and expertise in school finance, business management and school personnel. His research interests and presentations have focused on charter schools and how current state and federal financial legislation impacts schools.
