Violence and Threat Reporting
Northeastern wants you to have the best possible clinical and student teaching experiences. Your responsibilities to the school where you have been assigned, to Northeastern, and to your fellow students include reporting all incidents of threats or violence.
It is essential that such incidents be reported in a timely manner. Consequently, if you were involved in an incident, complete the Violence/Threat Reporting Form and return it to LWH 4023.
