EDFN Classes Information
EDFN School Sites
These are possible sites for completing observation and service hours. Contact them directly to check availability. Use the sample script provided in the Introductory packet provided from the CEST Office and distributed in class.
Approval letters and documentation forms are obtained from the CEST Office PRIOR to going to the school/site where observation and service hours will be completed. No EDFN student may begin hours at a school/site BEFORE obtainign this packet.
Prior to receiving the authorization packet from the CEST office:
• Join the CEST Group under the NEIUport
• Submit TB test results to the Health Serivces Office and request a TB Test report.
• Submit to CEST: TB Test report received from Health Services to the CEST Office and
copy of CEST profile (instructions given in Introductory packet).
