Ronald Williams Library
The Ronald Williams Library at Northeastern Illinois University has facilities and services that support Northeastern faculty members. Library services include Circulation, Course Reserves and Reference Services. The library's homepage is at http://www.neiu.edu/~neiulib
The library provides three types of course reserve services: Traditional Reserve, Electronic Reserves (E-Reserves) and Faculty Blackboard Site or Website Support.
Tradition Reserve is used for paper copies of course exams and study guides, personal copies of books and library-owned books that are available to students for short-term loan. The faculty member specifies the loan period for individual items.
Electronic Reserves (E-Reserves) is used to make articles available online to students. Articles are scanned as PDF files and may be printed from any computer.
Faculty Blackboard Site or Website Support is used to make PDF files of articles that are then sent to faculty members for their use in Blackboard or a personal website.
