Grades are submitted online through Banner.
If you are giving a student an "Incomplete", you must fill out an Incomplete Removal Contract. Student who receive an "Incomplete" for Fall Semester must complete the work by the end of the following Spring semester. Students who receive an "Incomplete" in the Spring or Summer semesters must complete the work by the end of the following Fall Semester. The instructor must submit a Change of Grade form within 30 days of the end of the semester.
