2013 Spring Concert Schedule
The Department of Music and Dance Program presents afternoon and evening concerts throughout the year in the University's Recital Hall and Auditorium. The concerts feature faculty and guest artists, ensembles, and student recitals. Most of the concerts listed below are free and are open to the public. Events sponsored and presented by the University's Office of Cultural Events are listed here.
Location The entrances to the campus access road, which lead to parking and the Fine Arts Building are located at 3701 W. Bryn Mawr Avenue (the northwest corner of the campus) and 3600 W. Foster Avenue (the southwest corner of the campus).
Parking Complimentary event parking for evening and weekend events sponsored and presented by the Department of Music and Dance Program is available only in Lot F and the 4th floor of the parking garage, unless otherwise specified. Parking on campus for daytime events requires the purchase of a $5.00 permit. Free street parking may be available on Bryn Mawr Avenue. Avoid receiving a parking ticket - read street signage carefully.
Tickets Most of the music department events are free and do not require tickets. For ticketed events please contact the NEIU Information Center or at (773) 442-4636.
