Stress-Less Living: Maximize your Potential for Success Nuclear Scientist and Reiki Master to Give Workshop at NEIU
WHAT: Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) will host a two-day workshop for anyone who wants to learn how to positively influence people and create an environment of stress-less living. Educators are encouraged to attend and continuing education credits are available. Call (773) 442-4712 for details.
Participants will: · Discover how to manage intellect, thoughts and emotions · Learn about stress-less living and how to bring out the best in people · Examine the internal and external processes of learning · Learn about acquiring a spiritual mindset to increase productivity, effectiveness and efficiency in the workplace
WHEN: Friday, June 27 from 1 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, June 28 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
WHERE: NEIU Physical Education Building 5500 N. St. Louis Ave. in Chicago
DETAILS: Workshop leader Ajit R. Telang is a native of India with a background in nuclear chemistry and expertise in business planning, project management, market research, and strategic marketing. Telang has more than 25 years experience working with Indian industrial companies involved in areas such as petrochemicals, plastics, metal finishing, and instrumentation. In 2004, Telang resigned his most recent post as managing director of Synertech Project Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and managing partner of Synerrgesic in order to pursue the teaching of Reiki Usui System of Natural Healing.
As a Reiki Master, Telang has traveled worldwide conducting training sessions on spirituality and its applications in day-to-day life. He has also designed a program known as Spiritual Outlook for Management Enterprises (S.O.M.E.), which is geared for individuals who manage the work of other people. To date, more than 1,000 men and women have been trained through S.O.M.E.
