Upcoming NEIU Stage Center Theatre Auditions
WHAT: The Stage Center Theatre at Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) will hold auditions in January for its upcoming spring season productions. The two main stage shows will be “Illusion” by Pierre Corneille, translated and adapted by Tony Kushner, and “Lettice and Lovage” by Peter Shaffer. The two studio series shows will be “Queer Strindberg: A Play in Two Acts” by Max Gulias, the winner of the 2009 Ronald Williams Playwright Computation, and “Pieces of Eight: Pure Sterling,” a variety of scenes.
Prepare a one minute monologue, and bring a head shot and resume to the audition. Call (773) 442-5975 to reserve an audition time.
