Northeastern Network
The Northeastern Network is a grassroots advocacy group formed under the auspices of the Northeastern Illinois University Foundation, which is a separate 501c3 organization. The primary mission of the Network is to communicate with State of Illinois government officials about issues of consequence relating to higher education and to Northeastern Illinois University. In carrying out that mission, Network members shall act as ambassadors for the University and shall connect with their public officials to express the importance of supporting funding and policies that ensure Northeastern’s ability to best meet the needs of its student body. The Network shall also work with the Office of the President, Director of Government Relations to ensure that the Network’s communications represent the best possible means of conveying its messages.
