What and Where:
· Naming a Student Hall in the Student Gathering Place of College of Business and Management Building at Northeastern Illinois University as Dr. Mohammad Mossadegh Servant Leaders Hall. The Hall will be adorned with a picture of Dr. Mossadegh and will be used on various occasions, based on the rules and regulations of the university, for gatherings of the community members.
Why:
· A historic and international recognition of a beloved contemporary leader of Iran who is known as a democratic, principled, peace loving, tolerant, humanitarian and servant leader.
· Providing $250,000.00 in endowed scholarship and lecture funds to Northeastern Students.
How:
· $250,000.00 is required to accomplish this historic naming. Yet, the entire amount will be allocated to endowed funds for scholarships for Iranian Students (60%) and leadership lectures under the name of the beloved Iranian leader.
· The goal is to complete this campaign within 1-2 years (as early as June 16, 2013 and the latest by June 16, 2014).
· We need a leadership group of community leaders with significant financial contributions towards the success of this historic campaign.
Who:
· Campaign is international in scope and welcomes the support of all friends of Dr. Mossadegh from everywhere in the world. Yet, the Iranian community in the United States is considered as a significant source of support and involvement.
