A photocopy of your letter from the Graduate College granting candidacy
A photocopy of your passing results of your LBSI exam
Update of TB test if necessary
Resume & philosophy of education (same as was submitted for the
Intership)
Unofficial transcript
FOR THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY CERTIFIED TEACHERS:
No additional materials are required to be submitted with this
application.
You will be fulfilling your 514 requirements in the
Itkin Children's Center under the supervision of Dr. Gerardo Mareno.
