Arlene Benzinger has been the office administrator since October, 1995. Ms. Benzinger is often the first person that potential majors and other visitors to the department will meet. Her years of experience at Northeastern provide her with the ability to direct students and visitors appropriately and solve problems when needed. She is currently a student in the Board of Governors Program. Prior to working at Northeastern, Arlene worked as a typesetter in the graphic arts field. Her interests are in poetry, music appreciation and keeping current with her computer software. She also enjoys participating in the many activities offered at Northeastern.
