Photo I.D. Information
All Northeastern Illinois University students are required to have an NEIU photo identification (I.D.) card issued by the University. A valid NEIU photo I.D. is required to borrow Library materials and to use as a debit card for photocopiers, microform reader/printers, etc.
Photo I.D. cards are issued in the Student Union Information Center. I.D. cards are NOT issued by the Library.
There is no charge for the first photo I.D. issued. There is a fee for obtaining subsequent replacement cards.
To obtain your I.D., you must present the following items:
