The Student Assessment of Learning Gains is an instrument used across the nation to help assess what aspects of a course are most helpful to students.  It consists of an anonymous questionnaire that students answer online.  It should take about 10 minutes to complete.

When you get to the site, enter the Course ID as 714708382 , and enter the password, which was given in class.

Also, enter a "student ID" for yourself.  Don't use your social security number!  I suggest you use your first name and initial, or the first part of your e-mail address.  That way I will know whether or not you have completed the survey.  Remember, I won't be able to see your answers associated with your name!  I will only be able to access a list of names of people who answered the questionnaire, and then a separate compilation of the answers.
