Application forms and catalogs are not distributed by the Department. Students seeking admission to the program may obtain the application form and a copy of the catalog from:

Information concerning general admission requirements and types of admission is contained in the catalog.
Recommendation letters supporting your application for admission are required.
Foreign students may be required to take an English language proficiency examination.
Applicants are advised to arrange a personal interview with the Graduate Advisor prior to filing the application form.
At the time the application form is filed with the Graduate College, each student is requested to provide the Graduate Coordinator with a brief written statement concerning his or her background and the area of concentration to be pursued.
