Assessment Information for Earth Science Majors

The Department of Earth Science is committed to continually improving the quality of education we offer to our students.  One method of assessment we use to judge the quality of our program is to evaluate student portfolios.  Each Earth Science major must keep a portfolio of selected assignments, projects, papers, and other scholarly work they create as they progress through the major.  The completed portfolio will be handed in to the department when it is time to apply for graduation.  Click here for more information on portfolios and the goals of the Earth Science department.
