Proposed Program: Bachelor of Arts in Earth Science, Environmental Emphasis

The Department of Earth Science (ESCI) has put forth a curricular proposal for a B.A. in Earth Science, Environmental Emphasis. The proposal was challenged by the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies (G&ES). This page links to key documents related to the challenge.

The program title was originally proposed as "B.A. in Environmental Geoscience", and the documents attached to this page reflect that original name. However, after discussions with the G&ES Dept, the title was changed to "B.A. in Earth Science, Environmental Emphasis", and the proposal will go forward under that title.
